हमलोग पुराने ख्याल के लोग हैं, जो जमीन खरीदने में विश्वास रखते थे, परन्तु समय के साथ कुछ Local issue जो मकान बनाने के दौरान हुआ, और इसी बीच Lemon infra का Add के बारे में पता चला। मिलने पर Amrendraji इतने अच्छे से समझाया कि हम इनके बातों से सहमत हुए और बुक कराये।
मैं और मेरी पत्नी पटना के बहुत सारे बिल्डर से मिले, परन्तु Amrendra sir से बात होने के बाद जो transparency और knowledge उन्होंने share किया, पूरी तरह से विश्वास हो गया कि जो कह रहे हैं वो करेंगे। और उन्होंने कहने से ज्यादा करके दिया।
हम दोनों भाई बहुत ही traditional type के हैं और अपने पापा के बताये उसूलों पर चलते हैं। एक दिन पत्नी ने Social media पर Add देखकर बताया कि Project location and quality का तो अच्छा बता रहे हैं, मिलकर देख लीजिए। हमलोग office में आकर मिले, उनके सारे paper को माँगा जो उन्होंने दिया, अपने Advocate से राय लिया और सारा सही पाने पर फिर बुकिंग कराये। मुझे उनके Project का Location सबसे Perfect लगा क्योंकि मैं पिछले तीन Generation से S.P. Verma Road में रहता हूँ और Pollution से तंग आ चुका हूँ।
मैं तो हिन्दुस्तान पेपर के Add को देखकर बस उनके official से बात करके मिलने चला गया, परन्तु Amrendraji के साथ बात हुई। वैसे तो रोज ही अलग-अलग लोगों से मिलता रहता हूँ, सो मेरी समझ से ये इतने सुलझे हुए साफ़-दिल इंसान लगे कि मैंने उसी समय फ्लैट बुक कर दिया। और आज तक कभी मुझे Regret नहीं हुआ अपने जल्दबाजी के निर्णय का।
